The introduction via the internet is more and more accepted : Our pupillometers are installed and set-up very easily. Therefore a lot of our customers do this by themself. The training and introduction take place then via the internet. The customer has set-up the system and watches us while we perform measurements. Alongside we phone together. When functions are explained and results discussed, it not necessary to look onto the same monitor and to be in the same room. This is much more convenient and flexible for our customers and us.
